Retrofit Society 2.0

Our Retrofit Society 2.0 brings together social landlord stakeholders, financing experts, and financial institutions to bridge the gap between practical delivery and financing of large-scale retrofit projects.

Our Retrofit Society 2.0 Hub builds on two years of pioneering work from The Retrofit Society, led by Tallarna, Sero and ourselves.

This network is the only dedicated, structured group in the sector that brings together funders, investors, and leaders from social landlords. Through a series of quarterly events, the Society will focus on exploring how alternative funding and financing solutions can play a key role in enabling the creation of healthier, more affordable, and sustainable homes, as part of large-scale retrofit programmes of 500 homes and more. We aim through the Society to create a detailed playbook of funding and financing solutions which addresses retrofit as a primary driver to reduce resident energy bills and the social housing sector’s carbon footprint.
