COSIE homes® is already helping Hyde identify risks like damp and mould earlier, validate the impact of retrofit works, and support clearer, more transparent conversations with residents — all without adding pressure to residents or Hyde’s IT teams. This approach supports Hyde’s shift towards proactive asset management, fully aligned to the Hyde Asset Management Strategy 2025–30, which emphasises data‑led decision‑making, customer experience, and regulatory readiness.

At its core, the programme delivers impact across IoTSG’s three pillars: operational ROI, compliance assurance, and resident wellbeing.
