Healthy Homes Hub and CHIC Reflect on Partnership at Housing Community Summit
13th October 2026
The Housing Community Summit in Liverpool brought together housing providers, partners and sector leaders for two days of conversations about the challenges and opportunities facing social housing.
For the Healthy Homes Hub and our strategic partner CHIC, it was an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues from across the sector, share experiences and reflect on how collaboration can help improve homes and outcomes for residents.
During the event, CHIC captured some of these conversations on camera, including a discussion between Healthy Homes Hub Founder and CEO Jenny Danson and CHIC CEO Luke Hurd about the progress of our partnership.
Strengthening our partnership with CHIC
Six months into our strategic partnership, Jenny and Luke sat down to discuss what we've achieved together so far and what members can expect as the relationship continues to develop.
The conversation explores the value of bringing together CHIC's procurement expertise and established network of housing providers with the Healthy Homes Hub's focus on knowledge sharing, innovation and improving the health and quality of homes.
Turning sector conversations into action
CHIC's Director of Partnerships and Communication, Kyle Smith, also spoke with Ian Davies from emh group about the importance of stepping away from day-to-day responsibilities to engage with colleagues across the sector.
Their discussion explores how housing providers can take the learning and ideas shared at events such as the Housing Community Summit and turn them into practical action.
Ian also reflects on emh's experience of working with procurement frameworks to support home condition surveys and asset strategy.
Both conversations highlight the importance of collaboration, shared knowledge and practical experience in helping housing providers respond to the challenges they face.
Through our partnership with CHIC, we look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting members to turn ideas and learning into healthier homes for residents.
