Electricians carry tools like damp meters and anemometers to resolve issues on-site, reducing follow-up visits and delivering faster results for tenants.

By monitoring environmental conditions across their stock, her team has identified thresholds for mould prevention, such as maintaining a baseline indoor temperature. This data-driven approach not only helps tenants reduce mould risk but also informs efficient use of resources.
