Alex Willey is a housing leader with over 15 years of experience in asset management, energy strategy, and sustainability across the social housing sector.
Before joining Healthy Homes, Alex held a number of Director positions at Clarion Housing Association, including Director of Performance, Quality and Compliance. Her career at Clarion centred on long-term asset performance and investment strategy, where she led major programmes to improve stock condition, energy efficiency, and the sustainability of homes and communities. She also held responsibility for performance, quality, and regulatory compliance, working closely with customers to deliver on strategic priorities.
Alongside her executive roles, Alex has served as a Board Member at Building with Nature and the Green Spaces Advisory Board, championing best practice in green infrastructure, and previously as a Trustee at the UK Green Building Council - bringing a whole-systems perspective to the relationship between homes, energy, and the built environment.
