1. Empowering Community Champions:
   Connie Jennings will share an insight into her impactful work with community champions, illustrating how empowering local communities can drive real change.

2. UKUPR Data in Health Projects:
   Elsa Dunn and Wes Baker presented their work on using health and housing data to improve outcomes for residents/patients. We’ll then look at how we plan to extend this work, supported by Innovate UK.

3. Immersive Learning for 2025:
   Elle George introduced the Hub's immersive learning programme, an innovative educational tool designed to drive change and expand knowledge in housing and health.

4. Research Insights with Luke Graham:
   Luke Graham closed the session with insights from his latest research. A lecturer at Oxford Business School, Luke delivered actionable insights relevant to all roles across housing and health.

Updates and Initiatives

• Healthy Homes Hub Progress:
  Jenny outlined the Hub’s mission to prioritise healthy homes and have decarbonisation as a natural output of a healthy home, not the sole focus. The Hub currently operates eight key hubs aimed at sharing best practices and accelerating learning across the sector.

• Housing Sage AI Platform:
  Lee Reevell has created Housing Sage, a bespoke AI tool for social housing. Designed to streamline compliance, regulation, and guidance, it offers practical support for housing providers. A seven-day trial is available for attendees to explore its capabilities.

• Case Studies and Learning Resources:
  The Hub’s case studies, masterclasses, podcasts, and roundtables provide accessible insights into successful projects. All are summarised ensure easy consumption of key takeaways.

Highlighted Projects

1. Warm Rents Project:
   A Switchee project with Clarion, Places for People and Yorkshire to maintain a minimum indoor temperature for under-heated homes, improving health outcomes and housing quality.

2. Data Asset Project:
   Expanding on successful work with PRIMA group and Mersey Care, this project seeks to scale the integration of housing and health data to inform better policies and outcomes.

3. Gamification for Healthy Homes:
   A new initiative to incentivise residents to share data, allow trades access, or collect information. Points earned can be redeemed for prizes, rent reductions, or utility savings. Launch set for April 2025.
