Jayesh has worked for and with social housing landlords providing finance and investment support across the delivery of new homes and retrofitting existing homes.
Jayesh was instrumental in the scale up of Legal and General’s for profit registered provider where he was head of investment and financial planning. More recently, Jayesh has been working to bring together innovative delivery partners, institutional investors and landlords to develop robust and scalable investment models to undertake retrofit works where the benefits are shared between residents, landlords and investors.
