Geospatial Hub partner, ODCGIS, launches asset management data package

Built in partnership with industry experts in property and land data, ODCGIS Property Insights provides a single combined and analysed output readily accessible through spreadsheet or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data formats.

Designed to fill existing data gaps as well as provide more detailed insight, this strategic resource combines the most accurate and up-to-date national base datasets with ODCGIS analytics.

For our members, this means no specialist GIS knowledge is required. The package provides a simple, accessible way to analyse the condition and spatial context of assets, ensuring decisions on repairs, maintenance and investments are informed by current, joined-up data. It also enables providers to assess flood, subsidence, radon and other insurance-related risks, while improving visibility and optimisation of contractor activity.
