Their commitment to sustainability is evident in initiatives like the £40 million Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 3 project, aiming to retrofit 2,200 homes with energy-efficient measures such as insulation, solar panels, and heat pumps . This project not only improves energy efficiency but also contributes to residents' health and well-being by creating warmer, more comfortable homes.
