Paul joined Healthy Homes Hub in May 2026 as Director, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in asset management and property services across the public and private sectors.

Most recently, he was Director of Asset Strategy at Clarion Housing Group, England’s largest social landlord, where he led asset strategy, stock transfers, regeneration, and decarbonisation of the existing portfolio.

Paul’s work connects long-term financial planning, asset performance and customer outcomes. At Clarion, he championed ‘a plan for every home’, while his leadership on Energy as a Service and infrastructure-led investment models brings practical expertise in aligning governance, covenant

strength and decarbonisation delivery.

At Healthy Homes Hub, Paul supports organisations to embed energy and asset strategy into long-term financial planning - creating healthier, more resilient and financially sustainable homes.
