·       Review how safeguarding, housing, and mental health information is shared across agencies - Don't hide behind GDPR.

·       Ensure vulnerable tenants are known — not just as cases, but as people. 

·       Embed community liaison roles within estates to specifically spot early warning signs. 

·       Make it your policy to separate vulnerable residents from known ASB locations.

·       Create clear escalation routes when professionals see repeated crises. 

·       Never assume “someone else” is dealing with it — coordination saves lives. 

·       Ensure that every policy and procedure assesses the risk to mental health.
